If the screen can鈥檛 show, it鈥檚 caused reasons can be divided as follows.
1. Connector is wrong.
2. Original program of software is wrong
3. Backlight is wrong.
Solution:
1. The voltage of power must meet modules鈥� requirements, otherwise modules may be damaged.
2. If there are some problems of software and connector, you can contact our engineers.
3. If your voltage is larger than demand, the light of backlight may be damaged. If resistance not be welded good, the backlight can鈥檛 work too.
The contrast ratio is not good, you can adjust the voltage of LCD.
Put VDD to a foot of variable resistor.
Put VO to the middle foot of variable resistor
Put VSS or VEE to three foots of variable resistor
Let LCD become brighter or darker by adjusting variable resistor (The range of choice of variable resistor is from 10k EUR to 30K EUR)
If the light intensity is not enough, the viewing area is small and double image, you can adjust the voltage of VLCD under not changing LCD.
If the content of LCD is in a mess or disturbed, you can deal with it by below methods.
1. You should check software is ok or not firstly
2. The clutter of message from power should change as small as possible.
3. The LCD should apart from high-frequency circuit and electric machine.
Pay attention to static
The quantity of electric charge of static is very large and the time of discharge is very short, which will cause big pressure. In this situation, the IC is easy to damage. V=Q/T.
Please check the type of connector before using. Sometimes, the connectors have parallel and serial port together.
For example: JBG12864G04 and JBG12232A11 so on. They will choose parallel port when PS connect vdd. They will choose serial port when PS connect vss.
